Wednesday-January 12, 2011

We made it out of General Butler without the slightest problem. With the new walkie talkie's Gabe got us it was smooth sailing. I could stand in back of the RV and tell Jack what a terrific job he was doing backing the thing up on another snowed, iced covered road so we could get turned around. The only problem is I forgot to turn my button on half the time. Thank goodness he knows what he is doing. Gotta get the hang of those walkie talkies.

Now we are headed to Montgomery Bell State Park in White Bluff in Tennessee. I called them yesterday and they have full hook up so that makes me happy. Right now it's 22 degrees. Much colder here than Carrollton. Much less snow but colder. I'd prefer the snow. It is supposed to warm up though; I'm keeping my fingers crossed. More later. And I promise more pictures.
