Bill, these pictures are for you. Remember the late nights at the laundromats? Remember when a wash was a quarter and the dryer was a dime? This was our first trip to the Laundromat and I felt as if I wanted to sterilize everything before using it. But, hey, at $4.25 a wash what's a little germs among strangers? The dryer was a minimum of $1.50 and didn't even come close to getting dried at $1.50. It cost us almost $20.00 to do three loads of laundry. But, Bill, Jack wanted me to tell you that he did not take a ride this time. Wanted to try but we're old now and I convinced him that even one trip or two around the dryer might break a few bones. And again....I must repeat I do not want to get involved with the police.

A journal written about life, retirement and our journey throughout the United States in a 5th wheel, along with our two Shih Tzus, Tanner and Syndey. Written not for notoriety but for our sons, family and friends, so they know where we are at any given time. And particularly for ourselves. Finally, we get to slow down and smell the roses and we don't want to forget any of it. You are welcome to join us as we go 'Down the Road a Piece'.
